need easier reply to sections

This is actually an idea for AI/LLM chat interfaces too.

1. be able to highlight text or even lines or blocks and use an quotes in a replay with one click. Currently have to copy, paste then make quote.
2. have interface where selected text, line or block can be selected easily and then a comment/reply attached to it near the area of the original response/post one is commenting or replying too. option to include in final reply as a block.
3. for LLM, as I read a response, I find corrections or idea expansions that apply to a specific line or word or paragraph. so basically would mark up the post or text and then be able to shove it all into my next prompt for LLM or reply for a forum.

thought: maybe something like loosethought.com with a notepad canvas might be a way to do this.
